- SHIPMENTS
Shipping times for products in stock will be between two and three business days. On days without logistics services (closure of the winery for holidays / agreement), these times could be higher than usual.

customs
If the shipment of the package generates expenses and customs taxes, These will be the responsibility of the client.
If the customer does not want to bear the customs fees, Unión de Bodegueros Gallegos S.L. will not return the amount of the order or take charge of the package.
All shipments will be made to Spain through TIPSA.

RETURNS
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The client will have a maximum of 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to process your return, according to the applicable legislation. Once these 15 days, Unión de Bodegueros Gallegos S.L. will not accept said return.

it must not have been opened, unsealed or used. - It must be returned in thesame conditions in which it was received with its original packaging intact and the proof of purchase together with the delivery note.

for the client.
- DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS LAW
When the return is motivated by a manufacturing or quality defect, may be returned within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from receipt of order, proceeding to its replacement. The user will have the right to claim, and that it be delivered, an equal product, in perfect state.
In the event that the product is not available, the company will proceed to reimburse the amount that the customer has paid, including shipping costs, according to the payment method used in the purchase.
In the specific case of defective products, or that do not match the order placed by the customer, The latter will not have to bear the costs of returning said products.
- REFUND
Provided that the user has complied with the conditions mentioned above, Unión de Bodegueros Gallegos will proceed to refund the price paid by it corresponding to the returned products.In case of return due to withdrawal, Unión de Bodegueros Gallegos will not face the return costs.

Unión de Bodegueros Gallegos will proceed to return the order using the same payment method used by the user for the purchase., within 20 days from the collection of the product and after the pertinent verification of the status of said product.
In any case, Unión de Bodegueros Gallegos reserves the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received., or until the user has presented a proof of the return of the same, depending on which condition is met first.
